Dealing with cold and flu
Cold and flu could take you down for a day or two if it strikes you. Unfortunately, the cure for the common cold is still not discovered which means you will have to deal with cold until your immune system will be able to deal with this type of virus. Flu on the other hand could be addressed but you still have to act fast to prevent the full effects of this disease.
Prevention is Always Better than Cure
The best way to deal with cold and flu is to avoid it. If there’s someone in your family who has these symptoms, keep yourself distant as much as possible. The virus of colds and flu could be easily transferred from one person to another very easily and effects are fast.
It is also good to improve your immune system against these diseases. Every morning, jog or walk for at least 20 minutes. This will make your body become increasingly familiar with the cold. As a result, your immune system will be “trained” to deal with these cold condition diseases.
Water is also the best way to prevent these certain diseases. The mucus membrane in your respiratory system helps prevent colds and flu. However, they are only optimized when they are wet. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day – more if you’re already sick.
When Cold and Flu Happen
When you notice the first symptoms of flu, see a doctor. Instead of guessing, avoid the long process of trying out products and see a doctor immediately. If the flu is still in its early stage then it would be easier for the medicine to address.

Here’s another way to avoid getting sick. Remember young children are the # 1 spreaders of germs. There is a new program out called Germy Wormy Germ Awareness for Germ Transportation Vehicles ages 2 – 7. It really works to cut down on the spread of germs. If you’ve got kids and/ or around small children -this is priceless.
